Chromatek Watercolor Brush Pen Review 10/10 for Beginners Long Lasting Brilliant Colors

September 1, 2023 by Jason Clements

You will love painting with the Chromatek watercolors. Chrometek are the best watercolor paints for beginners.

Before I get into the review, let me show you something that will be able to do…

My daughter had an event (at the Hilton Hotel in St. Louis Missouri) where there was a lot of waiting time in between each tournament round. I, being the smartest dad of the world, brought some art supplies with me so that I could continue to practice art during those times.

In one of the large hallways was this large artwork. I thought it was pretty cool and I said to myself, “I bet I can paint that…better!”

Portable – Chromatek Watercolor are Portable

Lucky for YOU, this Chromatek Watercolor kit is portable. Easily portable.

Lucky for me, I had my Chromatek watercolors with me. And they come with “blending brushes” that I filled with water before the trip. With the Chromatek kit, you don’t need little containers of water for your watercolor paintings. Just look at those vibrant colors!

Sometimes, after I am done with a piece, I think how lucky I am that the colors did a cool thing. And I always feel like I could never do that again. It’s weird. And I’m new to this art stuff, so I don’t know if that is normal. Is it? Do you ever feel that way?

Chromatek Watercolors are Long Lasting

This is a short but important point. When you buy art supplies, don’t you want them to last a long time? Don’t you want to be able to create lots and lots of art before you have to re-supply and buy more?

Your experience should be similar to mine: I painted dozens (if not a hundred) pieces of art with these Chromatek Watercolor Brushes and I have not run out of any colors yet!

You’ll be impressed!

Chromatek Colors are BRILLIANT

Here are just a few more examples of how YOU will be able to make impressive art with your Chromatek Watercolor Brush Pens.

Start painting with watercolors today.

February 28, 2023 by Jason Clements

My art on the left from about a year ago. My art on the right after practicing art for almost a year.

If you are like me, you love art. And when you look at a piece of watercolor art you think to yourself, “I wish I could paint like that.”

How long have you put off making art?

Start painting with watercolors today!

I’ve enjoyed art since childhood. We had the Norman Rockwell art book that every family has. I would look at it for hours. Enjoying how an artist, with a brush, canvas, and paint created moments – real pieces of life – in his pictures.

I loved art class throughout grade school and high school. Culminating in my senior art project of a 12 foot T-Rex made from chicken wire and papier-mâché. The day before the project was due a funny prankster removed the tail and attached it to the front of the T-Rex.

Whoever heard of a 12 foot tall T-Rex dinosaur with his tail in the front?

Our principal did not have a sense of humor and I remember how pissed off the janitor looked when he was tearing our ‘art’ down and putting into the dumpster.

Luckily, I still got an “A” for the class. However, the saboteur was never caught.

Year,s passed, and life happened, and I never did art.

ENOUGH! I said to myself – and this is where you can join me!

What am I doing. When am I going to do art?

The answer is now. Do art now!

All of our stories end the exact same way…

You might as well fill your life with EVERYTHING you want to accomplish Start now. No matter where you are, start now.

Start painting with watercolors today.

Start drawing every day.

Do art every day.

Start with the basics: Paint and Paper

There is nothing complicated about starting.

  1. Buy Paint and Paper
  2. Practice every day

That is all. Start with these 2 steps and when you are ready, allow your curiosity guide you.

Want to watch “How To” videos – do that. If you like learning from books, get to your local library or buy your favorites books on Amazon.

And then paint or draw what you see…inside your house. In your backyard. At the park.

Keep going.

Don’t stop.

The piece of art on the right is inspired by the famous artist Odilon Redon.
